Project Description
Meetings Northwest began providing full planning services for the National Rural ITS Conference in 2006. As a rotating event, this conference is held in a different region/state every year. Prior to Meetings Northwest’s tenure, the planning committees struggled with continuity and quality control from year to year. Meetings Northwest has provided this stability and structure while ensuring that each host provides it’s own unique “stamp” on the event – making each NRITS memorable.
Working with Meetings Northwest was a relief! It is a big task and a great deal of pressure when planning for a national conference. Meetings Northwest was well organized and managed it so that we didn’t have to worry about all the details and logistics. We worked with them on our vision for this conference and they carried out a successful conference for almost 300 attendees, representing over 30 states.
