We will also maintain your website with regular updates on board meetings, conferences, and upcoming training seminars. Meetings Northwest can assist your organization in filing your IRS Form 990. We can also help with state annual reports filing requirements as well as assist your organization’s accounting. Let Meetings Northwest take care of all membership dues, meeting and training registrations and payments.

As an added advantage, Meetings Northwest can provide an office presence for your organization; a place where your members or clients can phone if they have questions or need assistance.

If you are overwhelmed with all the details of planning, organizing and executing your fundraiser, bring Meetings Northwest on as part of your team. We will work with you to plan a memorable and profitable event for your organization, so once the day comes you can promote, network, socialize, and ENJOY your event!

We will put together a design plan that fits your event and budget, market it, and manage it. We will maximize your web presence with a social media campaign and event website. We can design save the date cards, invitations, and posters. We will reserve the event venue, room block, food, and audio/video, help reserve event VIPs, special speakers, and find appropriate and desirable auction items (we can even design an auction catalog if needed)!

Here is just a small glimpse of what we do behind the scenes: work with you to design a special theme for your specific event, take care of any special needs for VIPS, manage event sales, manage sponsors and vendors, order and distribute sponsor gifts, design and print all event materials, manage donations and auction items, provide onsite support, manage donor thank you letters/certificates, and last but not least, we can provide event accounting reports.
