Meetings Northwest coordinated the 4th International Transportation and Economic Development (ITED) Conference. Held in West Virginia, Meetings Northwest staff worked closely with staff from US Rep. Rahall, US Rep. Capito, US Senator Rockefeller and then Secretary of Transportation Lahood’s office to coordinate travel needs, press and security. In addition to overseeing technical sessions and tours, Meetings Northwest also planned a formal dinner where West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tomblin spoke.
This was an excellent conference. It was very much worth my time and the cost was
“sustainable.” Congratulations to everyone who made it work.
