We will design a plan that fits your event, market it, and manage it. We will maximize your web presence with a social media campaign and event website. We can design save the date cards, invitations, and posters. We will reserve the event venue, room block, food, and audio/video, help reserve event VIPs, special speakers, and find appropriate and desirable auction items (we can even design an auction catalog if needed)!
Here is just a small glimpse of what we do behind the scenes: work with you to design a special theme for your specific event, take care of any special needs for VIPS, manage event sales, manage sponsors and vendors, order and distribute sponsor gifts, design and print all event materials, manage donations and auction items, provide onsite support, manage donor thank you letters/certificates, and last but not least, we can provide event accounting reports.
