As we ring in the new year, we are celebrating what 2018 brought to us!
With our passion and love for Montana and under the guidance of Amy Lucke, we launched our new sister company, MNW Destinations.
Meetings Northwest, LLC is now Meetings Northwest, Inc.
We hired the incredibly talented Genevieve Kulaski. She is not only an event planner for Meetings Northwest, but also our MNW Destination Manager for the Bozeman/Yellowstone area.
After many hours of studying, Traci Ulberg acquired her CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) certificate and is now studying for her CAE (Certified Association Executive) certificate.
After countless years of learning the ins and outs of our registration system, Cvent, I (Autumn Gilleard) am now Cvent Certified.
Ashely Ostheimer Hilliard is off to new adventures in graduate school. We will miss her social media guruness (we may have made up that word) and most of all, her cheerful attitude.
The Meetings Northwest team has donated over 700 volunteer hours over the past year to a variety of organizations/committees. See our Community page to see our favorite non-profits.
2018 saw us facilitating conferences and meetings in seven different states: Arizona, Georgia, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, and Washington.
In 2018, we, at Meetings Northwest, are thankful for YOU, our clients who continue to trust us with our service and open the door to new people and places! We remember our company mission as we dive into 2019. Your Mission is Our Mission – we make sure your event and/or group is served with only your mission in mind, and well, your budget of course. :)

Autumn Gilleard, was born and raised in Western Montana Autumn lives on a ranch with her husband, two daughters, and son. She enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her family 4-wheeling, fishing, rafting, and hiking. When not out on a adventure with her family, you can find her at the Missoula Taekwondo Center. Where she trains as a black belt and part of a competition team. (She is Worth the Fight……Hahahahah)
