Project Description
The Western Chapter of AAA contracted with Meetings Northwest to showcase Northwest Montana at their summer conference in Whitefish, MT. What a privilege to show off one of the most beautiful areas of Montana while coordinating the optional and social events for AAA. We suggested and arranged a memorable, open-air bus tour through spectacular Glacier National Park, followed by an evening Pirate-themed event at the conference site, The Lodge on Whitefish Lake. The final event allowed attendees to unwind on Whitefish Mountain at a western-themed dinner complete with a chairlift ride, yard games and local beer tasting. If you are looking for a memorable event site, Whitefish has it all.
