Meetings Northwest was first hired in 2016 by the Montana Manufacturing Extension Center (MMEC) to manage Compete Smart. Prior to MNW being hired, Compete Smart was ran internally for 20 years. Meetings Northwest worked with MMEC in planning, programming, marketing, sponsor and vendor administration, and on-site management. The Meetings Northwest and MMEC team rallied and brought in more participants than ever before!
Meetings Northwest duties included:
- In-person conference
- Event Branding/Marketing (logo, website, save the dates, banners, print materials, email campaign, etc.)
- Speaker Coordination
- Agenda coordination
- Sponsor/Exhibitor procurement and coordination
- Exhibitor Showcase
- Networking events
- Off-site tours
- On-site Event Management
- Registration consultation
- Event App set-up and integration

The organization of the conference was one of the best I’ve seen.
