Meetings Northwest is a unique business that hires unique individuals.  Our business plan is filled with the ideals of life; first being “family comes first”, second “business is personal”, and third “like what you are doing”.  We know we provide higher quality products to our clients when we follow those mantras.  Which is why Our Mission is Your Mission.  We only work for companies and organizations we can stand behind 100%.

You may look at “Our Work” and see a lot of engineering based clients amongst our other clients and wonder why?  Well, the story is short . . . these clients trusted Traci and followed her from her University based job in Bozeman to Missoula (following a career move for her husband).  Starting over in a new city, she wanted to craft a business that wouldn’t penalize individuals who wanted to work less than forty hours a week. A professional, open work-place that encouraged job-sharing, flexible schedules and even child care.  Having lived the 50+ hour work week lifestyle, she believed – and still does – that life sometimes doesn’t fit into that corporate model.  Instead, she trusted that talented professionals would be more productive in their time in the office if they had more time to deal with life’s other stressors.  That trust has grown her business, mostly by word of mouth, and that is something we are very proud of.  As you can see, our business was formed on those three very personal principles (family, business is personal, and like what you are doing).

As Traci’s life fluctuated with “life” she slowly grew her business and started hiring people with the same focus in life.  This is where her unique business plan was formed.  She is proud of the people on her team and everything they bring to the table – which is why we are showcasing the areas of life they put their personal time into outside of work on a page named “Community Involved”.  These are things that keep us connected to the community we love.  We hope to see you at some of the upcoming community events we are a part of this coming year!
