As we are well into the swing of things in 2025, we want to take a moment and reflect on a remarkable year filled with successful events and collaborations. Meetings Northwest had the privilege of partnering with incredible organizations to deliver impactful conferences that brought together thought leaders, innovators, and professionals. Here are some highlights from this year’s achievements:
ITS Texas / TexITE Joint Meeting
Held November 13th–15th in Houston, the 2024 ITS Texas / TexITE Joint Meeting was a tremendous success, thanks to our expert planning. From coordinating registration and hotel accommodations to managing a robust schedule of sessions, tours, and trainings, we ensured every detail was seamless.
Attendees enjoyed engaging keynote speakers, insightful sessions, and opportunities to network with innovative vendors—all within a professionally executed conference environment. Feedback confirmed it as one of the best events yet, and we’re proud to have delivered a memorable experience that exceeded expectations.
ITS Washington 2024 Annual Conference
On November 6th–7th, we helped bring the theme “Building Connectivity: Digital Infrastructure in Transportation” to life at the Marriott Tacoma Downtown.
This conference featured industry-leading speakers, dynamic training sessions, and unparalleled networking opportunities. Attendees earned PDH certificates while exploring innovative ideas shaping the future of transportation. With seamless execution and rave reviews, we are proud to have delivered another outstanding event.
ITS Heartland Annual Meeting
The ITS Heartland Annual Meeting, held at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines, fostered collaboration and innovation among ITS professionals. This vibrant gathering saw 262 attendees, including 30 distinguished speakers and 33 vendors, actively engaged in knowledge exchange and presentations. The event underscored the importance of advancing intelligent transportation systems in the region and was a resounding success.
ITS Rocky Mountain Annual Conference
The 2024 ITS Rocky Mountain Annual Conference featured thought-provoking sessions and an inspiring keynote. Blaine Leonard, UDOT, delivered an insightful update on FHWA Grant projects for connected and automated vehicles. Other highlights included sessions on Denver’s Connected Mobility Ecosystem and practical uses for artificial intelligence in transportation, offering attendees a mix of forward-thinking ideas and actionable insights.
